As a commercial painter, you will be responsible for all aspects of painting from prep work to cleanup. Some skills that will help you succeed on the HTI Painting team include attention to detail with a mindset for quality productivity, willing to work in small groups as well as part of a large team, open mindset with a willingness to grow, self-motivated and dependable.
HTI Painting is a large commercial painting contractor performing work in Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Colorado, and Missouri. We offer competitive wages, vacation pay, 401k, health, dental, vision, supplemental, and life insurance. Mileage and per diem are also available for out of town work.
Working under the influence of illicit drugs or alcohol is not tolerated. Employment is subject to a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen as well as random screenings during employment. Due to the nature of our work, a pre-employment physical capacity profile is also required.

Comfortable working in high pace environments
Maintain a professional appearance
High attention to detail
Able to work on ladders and scaffold
Able to lift 75 lbs
Painting Experience
Personal vehicle and ability to legally drive
Ability to travel overnight
Good oral and written communication skills
Not required, but preferred:
Fluent in English
Fluent in Spanish
Drywall finishing experience
OSHA 10 Hour or OSHA 30 Hour certification
Aerial lift certification
