Forklift Operator
US3 Spartanburg
HTI is currently seeking forklift operators for Michelin in Spartanburg, SC. Interested candidates should have prior manufacturing/warehouse experience and forklift experience in a production environment. Associates will be working on AND off the forklift throughout the shift and will need to pass a background check and drug screening. Must be able to work a 12-hour, rotational/swing shift.
Responsibilities of Production/Material Handler Associates
- Move material throughout production floor
- Identify and isolate scrap material
- Scan product into system for inventory tracking
- Perform visual inspection and/or rework activities
- Operate forklift and mobile equipment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements of Production/Material Handler Associates
- Stable work history
- Willing to work overtime
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work days and nights
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.
