What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bosch Rexroth Direct Hire Testers! position at HTI - Human Technologies, Inc.?
HTI is currently looking for test operators to fill direct-hire production operator positions at Bosch Rexroth in Fountain Inn! Interested candidates should have prior manufacturing/assembly experience, stable work history, and will need to pass a background check and drug screening. These positions are direct-hire. You must be able to work 12 hours shifts (7PM-7AM).
Requirements of Test Operators
- Mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to lift 50lbs occasionally
- Requires standing for up to 12 hours per shift
- Experience with hand tools, torque wrenches, and air impact tools
- Stable work history (No more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years)

Responsibilities of Test Operators
- Follow work instructions in order to manufacture quality products per Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Meet production requirements by the customer
- Follow safety standards and policies
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attendance is required
- Other duties as assigned
