HTI is hiring Assembly Operators for leading manufacturing companies across the Southeast. These are full‑time manufacturing positions with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime.
Job Responsibilities
As an Assembly Operator, you will:
- Assemble products and components following standard operating procedures
- Operate basic production and assembly equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Meet daily production goals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area
- Complete other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and stable work history
- Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client
