- Currently 20 Locations, ~600 employees
- Central Office located in Lafayette, LA
- Operational territories include in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Texas, Missouri
- Employee expected to work from Lafayette, LA
*** Duties ***
- Process and manage payroll for employees using Alliance Payroll systems
- Handle all new Employee Onboarding and integration into internal systems
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Maintain payroll records
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Generate payroll reports for management review
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, such as W-2 preparation and reporting
*** Requirements ***
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar accounting role
- Proficient in using payroll software such as Alliance, ADP and Quickbooks
- Understanding of payroll principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with journal entries, accounts payable, and general accounting principles
