Cleaning Technician-Experienced 6 days a week Medical Facility

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in facilities through regular custodial tasks and commercial cleaning practices.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor care machines to ensure optimal results.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are well-kept and functional.
• Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide support for residential painting projects when required.

Experience

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or custodial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
• Experience in buffing and floor care is a plus, showcasing attention to detail in maintaining various surfaces.
• A background in industrial cleaning will be beneficial for handling diverse cleaning environments.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Pay: $13.66 - $14.29 per hour
