We are looking for a high-energy, curious, and ambitious Summer Intern who wants hands-on exposure to the fundamentals of recruiting, sourcing, business development, social media, and AI adoption inside a growing company.
This is not a “shadow and observe” internship. This person will get real responsibility, real coaching, and real exposure to how a talent business grows.
Role Overview
As a Summer Intern at HTD Talent, you will support both talent acquisition and go-to-market efforts while also helping the team identify practical ways to use AI tools to work smarter across the business.
You will learn how to find strong candidates, support recruiting workflows, help generate meetings and sales opportunities, and explore how AI can improve productivity, outreach, research, and internal operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in recruiting, staffing, sales, operations, or AI in business.
What You’ll Do
- Support candidate sourcing and recruiting efforts across key roles and clients
- Research talent markets, companies, and candidate profiles using LinkedIn and other tools
- Help identify and organize prospective clients and target accounts
- Assist with outbound sales and meeting booking efforts, including email research, prospect list building, and follow-up tracking
- Support the team in preparing for client meetings, recruiting conversations, and internal strategy sessions
- Help maintain clean and organized data in spreadsheets, CRM/ATS systems, and outreach trackers
- Research and test practical AI tools and workflows that can improve efficiency across recruiting, sourcing, sales, and operations
- Document findings and help recommend ways to adopt AI more effectively across the company
- Assist with social media content and corporate video generation for marketing purposes

Preferred Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate
- Interest in business, communications, HR, psychology, marketing, entrepreneurship, or technology
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, or AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Previous internship, campus leadership, sales, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
