Responsibilities

• Safely ascend trees using rigging techniques and climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks.
• Operate bucket trucks and bucket operation equipment to access hard-to-reach areas efficiently.
• Implement proper rigging procedures to secure branches and debris during tree trimming or removal.
• Assist with landscaping projects by supporting planting, soil preparation, and landscape enhancement efforts.
• Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring a hazard-free work environment.

Requirements

• Proven growing experience in tree care, horticulture, or related landscape fields.
• Knowledge of tree trimming techniques, tree care best practices, and landscaping principles.
• Experience with rigging methods for safe tree removal or pruning operations.
• Ability to operate bucket truck equipment safely.
• Strong physical fitness with the ability to climb trees and work at heights comfortably.
• CDL License
