Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX and UI design decisions across the platform, ensuring design integrity throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, advocating for design decisions and maintaining fidelity through code handoff
- Drive continuous improvement of visual design, usability, workflows, and overall functionality
- Benchmark and analyze third-party AI/LLM platforms to identify best-in-class features and experiences
- Lead and participate in user research and usability testing to inform design direction
- Own and evolve the platform’s design system and UI toolkit
- Present design work, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
- Proven experience designing UI and UX for enterprise platform products, including applications, web platforms, and dashboards
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and production-ready UI execution
- Experience working within engineering-led teams and advocating for design decisions
- Strong familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, terminology, and AI-powered tools
- Hands-on familiarity with third-party AI platform features and paradigms (e.g., chat, code, projects, extensions)
- Strong understanding of design systems or UI toolkits, including design fidelity and engineer handoff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
