Overview / Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and adoption of AI and machine learning solutions that support engineering workflows. This role focuses on driving adoption of AI tools, building proof-of-concepts using low-code/no-code platforms, and translating business needs into scalable product solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as a champion for AI-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a product champion for AI tools and drive adoption among engineering teams
- Identify workflow pain points and translate them into new product features
- Lead workshops, internal demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Develop rapid proof-of-concepts using low-code/no-code platforms
- Validate technical feasibility and user value through prototyping
- Build business cases and define KPIs to measure product impact
- Track ROI and report progress to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and API teams
- Ensure integration of AI tools within existing engineering workflows and systems
- Partner with data teams to support access to high-quality data for model development
Required Qualifications:
- 3 5 years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor s degree
- Strong experience with Jira
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
- Understanding of application development and delivery processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative
- Interest in applying AI concepts to improve products and processes
- Domain knowledge in electrical, software, or systems engineering
- Understanding of engineering systems, architectures, and communication protocols
