Snr. Saleforce Business Analyst Job Description:
- Expert in understanding business needs and turning them into clear, actionable requirements to guide our enhancements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather user and business input.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce capabilities.
- Own and govern business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, data models, and system integrations.
- Work with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce configurations (e.g., objects, fields, page layouts, flows).
- Define test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenarios, and business sign‑off.
- Validate that solutions meet business requirements and are bug-free before deployment.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide training, create user manuals, and support end-users post-implementation.
- Define reporting requirements and assist in building dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce.
- Support change management initiatives and adoption strategies.
- Identify and recommend Salesforce enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
- Understand integration points between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing tools).
- Work with technical teams to ensure data flows correctly and securely.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, automation, and security concepts.
- Proven experience leading requirements for multi‑team or multi‑cloud Salesforce programs.
- 6 years of Business Analysis experience with deep, hands‑on Salesforce delivery exposure.
- Experience working in Agile / Product‑led delivery environments.
