Senior .NET Application Developer (C#, ASP.NET Core, Microservices)
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to support the development, administration, and configuration of a custom-built .NET application. This role will also provide oversight and guidance on replacement software initiatives and contribute to performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, and configure a custom-built .NET application
- Provide oversight and guidance for replacement software and performance improvements
- Perform code reviews and testing on new code
- Participate in team meetings and design sessions aligned with Scrum ceremonies
- Collaborate with Technical Architects and technical teams to ensure compliance with established standards
- Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance
- Support additional tasks, special projects, analysis, and planning efforts as required
- 5 years of experience with:
- C#
- ASP.NET Core
- MSSQL
- 5 years of enterprise-level software development experience
- Experience leading a team of developers within the Microsoft development stack
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: Vue, React, Node.js, Angular, TypeScript
- Experience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices / SOA)
- Experience developing reports using SSRS or similar tools
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and task automation
- Experience using Git version control, including branching strategies
- 2 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
