Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern technologies to build cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical challenges
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Define and implement software architecture, technology stack, and deployment strategies
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices such as test-driven development, CI/CD, and code reviews
- Work with cloud platforms to deploy, manage, and optimize applications
- Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Implement security best practices to protect data and systems
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and engineering excellence
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members when needed
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Angular (or similar front-end frameworks)
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with tools like SonarQube, Dynatrace, Tekton
- Knowledge of API tools such as Swagger, Apigee
- Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Exposure to Spring Cloud and cloud-native development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 6 years of overall IT experience
- 4 years of hands-on software development experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Hybrid work model (partial onsite requirement)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills required
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset
