The Technology Portfolio Operations Manager supports the operational and financial governance of the LRC Technology project portfolio and works onsite with the team in Iselin, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate project, budget, resource, vendor, and status data in Clarity PPM, producing executive-level reporting, supporting project intake and change control, and coordinating portfolio reviews across technology leadership, PMO, procurement, legal, vendors, and project teams.

What You’ll Do
Project Portfolio & PMO Governance
- Maintain the LRC Technology project portfolio in Clarity PPM, ensuring accurate tracking of project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocations
- Coordinate quarterly portfolio reviews and consolidate project health metrics, risks, budget variance, and resource reporting
- Support project intake, approval workflows, and change control processes to ensure proper scoping, budgeting, approvals, and governance
- Track project dependencies and cross-functional impacts, escalating resource constraints, risks, or conflicts as needed
- Produce weekly and monthly project status reports for technology leadership
- Coordinate quarterly business reviews, prepare materials, and track action items to closure
- Serve as a hands-on Clarity PPM administrator for project setup, user access, workflow support, and data maintenance
- Ensure data integrity in Clarity by validating actuals, forecasts, budgets, project status, and resource allocations
- Maintain executive dashboards for budget burn, milestone completion, resource utilization, risk exposure, and portfolio health
- Train project managers and team leads on Clarity workflows, data expectations, and best practices
- Partner with enterprise PMO and support teams to resolve Clarity system issues and improve portfolio processes
- Track budgets across projects, vendors, and internal/external resources
- Prepare monthly variance reports, forecasts, budget burn reports, and resource utilization reporting
- Support financial visibility across scope, timeline, spend, resource allocation, and vendor commitments
- Identify budget, forecast, or resource data gaps and work with project teams to correct them
- Provide leadership-ready reporting that helps technology leaders make informed portfolio decisions
- Administer vendor Statements of Work, including deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, terms, renewals, amendments, and closeouts
- Coordinate with procurement, legal, vendors, and internal stakeholders on SOW approvals and changes
- Maintain a vendor engagement register with contract details, spend, contacts, deliverables, and renewal dates
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate risks, quality concerns, delivery issues, or financial impacts
- Ensure vendor and SOW data aligns with project portfolio and budget reporting
- Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM for project portfolio tracking, reporting, administration, data updates, or governance
- Experience supporting an IT PMO, Technology Portfolio, Enterprise PMO, Project Portfolio, or IT Governance function
- Experience with project status reporting, executive dashboards, portfolio tracking, and project health reporting
- Experience with project intake, approval workflows, change control, and governance processes
- Experience tracking project budgets, forecasts, actuals, burn rate, financial variance, and resource utilization
- Experience administering vendor SOWs and coordinating with procurement, legal, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies
- Strong communication, follow-up, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills
