Digital Product Manager (Web & Mobile Experience)
Overview

HTC Global Services is looking for a driven Digital Product Manager to turn innovative ideas into impactful products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that truly move the needle for our customers
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned to business goals
- Translate product strategy into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver features across the full product lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and help remove blockers to keep teams moving forward
- Advocate for the end-user by continuously evaluating and improving the digital experience
- Monitor product performance and leverage data, user insights, and testing (A/B, etc.) to inform enhancements
- Support go-to-market activities and feature launches in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute to product presentations and updates for leadership and key stakeholders
- Assist with ongoing product support, updates, and operational stability as needed
- 5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably supporting web and/or mobile applications
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and user story creation
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and customer journey optimization
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and drive results
- Experience supporting high-traffic or consumer-facing digital platforms
- Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools, and performance optimization strategies
- Experience contributing to product launch or go-to-market planning
