HTC is a family-owned commercial flooring contractor with 35 years in the trade and work across the country. We run big-company projects with a small-company relationship: the people who bid the job stay close to how it gets built.
We are hiring a experienced Project Estimator who wants to build a career here — not just fill a seat.
What you will do
- Take off and estimate commercial flooring projects
- Work directly with the sales team to price and propose work
- Build proposals that are accurate, clear, and ready to send
- Use Measure Square for takeoffs and quantity work
- Learn our standards and get better at scope, labor, and material every week
What we are looking for
- College degree preferred, not required if you have relevant estimating, construction, or sales experience
- Comfortable with numbers, detail, and deadlines
- Willing to learn software and commercial flooring if you do not already know it
- Team-oriented, reliable, and interested in a career
