HT Global Circuits is on a mission to aggressively grow and scale to $100M in annual revenue. We're seeking a high-performing Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team and play a critical role in both strategic account growth and new customer acquisition.

🔧 Your Role
As Account Manager, you’ll focus on two critical areas:
1. Key Account Development (20–40% of your time)
- Manage and grow a high-value strategic customer that contributes significantly to HT Global’s revenue.
- Must have experience farming, nurturing, and growing existing businesses.
- Rebuild relationships with previously lost divisions and win back legacy business.
- Expand market share across multiple programs, departments, and locations.
- Protect, maintain, and grow this cornerstone account with discipline and consistency.
2. New Business Development (60–80% of your time)
- Identify, prospect, and engage new OEMs, CMs, and design firms.
- Execute cold calls, host Microsoft Teams presentations, and drive strategic supplier conversations.
- Initiate NDAs, complete supplier surveys, and secure inclusion on Approved Supplier Lists (ASL).
- Quote every opportunity and maintain persistent, high-frequency follow-ups.
- Own the entire sales cycle — from first touch to close — with speed, precision, and accountability.

- A seasoned sales professional with a strong background in account management and business development.
- Relentless in follow-up, execution, and staying top-of-mind with prospects and clients.
- A natural hunter who knows how to open doors, get on ASLs, and earn trust fast.
- Highly organized and self-motivated — with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
- PCB industry experience is strongly preferred, EMS or electronics background also welcome.

- 5 years in B2B technical sales, ideally in PCBs, EMS, or electronics manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of OEM/CM engagement cycles, from RFQ through production award.
- Familiar with technical qualification criteria, supplier onboarding, and compliance protocols.
