Key Responsibilities: Fractional to start - The CMO will devote 75-80% of their time to the Clinical Hydration Solutions and 20-25% to developing new service lines. Key responsibilities include: Clinical Hydration Solutions: - Develop and refine the clinical framework to align with geriatric care principles and best practices. - Provide strategic clinical guidance in collaboration with the President and COO. - Lead evidence development, quality improvement initiatives, and research protocols. - Engage in professional relations, representing the client as an industry leader in geriatric care. - Establish and lead a Physician Advisory Council to foster clinical innovation.
