What You’ll Do
- Operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion machines, production equipment, or manufacturing lines
- Set up machinery, verify specifications, and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Perform quality checks using digital calipers and measurement tools
- Load and blend raw materials (foam, plastics, pellets, resins, additives, etc.)
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper machine output
- Document production data in computer systems
- Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Support new equipment startups, product trials, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with other machine operators, production techs, and warehouse staff
What You Bring
- Prior experience as Machine Operator, Production Associate, Manufacturing Technician, or similar
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of shift
- Ability to read basic drawings/spec sheets
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
