As a Landscape Crew Leader at HSK Services, you aren’t just a supervisor—you are the master of the job site. You will lead the charge in transforming raw dirt into high-end residential landscapes, ensuring every grade is perfect and every stone is set to last.Your MissionYou will be the "boots on the ground" leader responsible for translating complex landscape and hardscape plans into reality. From operating heavy machinery to mentoring your crew, you ensure HSK Services’ reputation for quality is visible in every project.Core ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership: Direct and work alongside a 3–5 person crew. You aren't just watching; you’re leading by example, providing on-the-job training for new hires to elevate the team's skill set.Site Operations: Coordinate directly with builder project managers to ensure timelines and specifications are met.Precision Prep: Master the use of skid steers, excavators, various attachments, and laser levels to ensure site preparation meets exact standards.Installation & Construction: Oversee and assist with final grading, turf installation, planting of trees/shrubs, and the structural build of patios and retaining walls.Project Administration: Maintain clean daily logs, track material usage for billing, and ensure all timesheets are accurate and submitted.Required Skills & ExperienceMachinery - Expert-level operation of skid steers and excavators.Technical - Ability to read landscape/hardscape plans and use laser levels for grading.Leadership - Proven experience managing small teams in a fast-paced construction environment.Communication - Professional demeanor when interfacing with builder PMs and clients.
