Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a Women and Infants Manager is based in Springfield, IL. The manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care for women and newborns. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of healthcare professionals, monitoring clinical quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing budgets, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
