What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaning Associate position at HSH Cleaning Services?
HSH Cleaning Services is a commercial cleaning company based out of Delaware County, PA. We provide a number of recurring cleaning services to local businesses. This role will be independently servicing a large office building in Chadds Ford, PA. This role requires a Monday - Friday schedule with work beginning after 5:30pm each weekday. Additional hours/locations may become available throughout your time with HSH.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Vacuuming carpets
- Sweeping and moping all hard floors
- Emptying trash cans, replacing trash bags
- Wipe/sanitizing desks, tables, and other surfaces
- Cleaning sinks & countertops
- Cleaning toilets & urinals
- Replenishing paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- High and low dusting, window sills, baseboards, cabinet tops
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and mops
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
