Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
The LPN is responsible for delivering nursing care to resident/patients in a long-term care facility under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator and/or RN. Responsible for recognizing changes in resident/patient's condition and responding appropriately. Communicates effectively with the nurse manager and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient/resident's needs and/or changes in condition. Appropriately assigns duties to Certified Nurse Assistants based on resident/patient needs, staff availability and unit needs. Preference LTC but will consider other LPN backgrounds.
Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
