Duties

- Assess completed repairs within the property and evaluate the quality and accuracy of the work performed.
- Identify remaining electrical or structural work required and determine whether retrofitting or modifications have been properly executed.
- Evaluate whether ongoing or completed work is necessary, appropriate, and compliant with standards.
- Determine whether repairs reflect replacement of original systems or upgrades beyond original specifications.
- Provide cost estimates for repairs already completed and cost projections for remaining required work.
Skills
