HSC Pavement Maintenance is hiring a dependable laborer to join our team based out of our **Indianapolis, Indiana location**.
This is an outdoor, hands-on position assisting with asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, pavement repairs, and line striping. Applicants should be comfortable performing physical work, working around construction equipment, and working longer hours during our busy season.

• Dependable and ready to work
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Construction or equipment experience is helpful but not required
