The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with various teams, overseeing logistics and inspections, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role is full-time and on-site, based in Philadelphia, PA.
- Strong expertise in Project Management and the ability to coordinate and lead multiple teams effectively.
- Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management for complex construction projects.
- Knowledge of Inspection and quality standards to ensure project compliance and success.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in managing technical or logistically complex projects is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects in occupied facilities with minimal disruption is a plus.
