As a Senior Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and governing Change Enablement processes across our US operations. You’ll ensure our policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently followed, while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvements. You’ll be the go-to expert for Change Enablement, collaborating with regional teams, technology colleagues, and business partners to deliver high-quality change outcomes.

As Our Senior Change Manager, You Will
- Champion and govern Change Enablement processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align with business needs
- Manage escalations and priority requests from senior leadership
- Evaluate change impacts and organisational readiness to mitigate risks
- Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, leveraging diverse expertise and driving process improvements
- Review and enhance change requests, ensuring high standards of quality and remedial actions are addressed
- Provide insightful management information (MI) reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology teams, business partners, and regional stakeholders
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Explore and apply Gen AI use cases within Change Enablement (no technical implementation required)
- Proven experience in Change Enablement, ideally within a highly regulated environment
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; knowledge of ServiceNow, Qliksense, and Performance Analytics is a plus
- Experience with or interest in Gen AI applications for business process improvement
- Confident communicator, able to present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences
