Job Description:
Processes new jurisdiction inspections, using the Worksource (Work Management, Service Power and Peoplesoft systems) processes and communicates inspection details to customers. Provides administrative support to the inspection services unit by updating location information in the Location Processing System (LPS) to ensure HSB has accurate logistical information to be used by Underwriters (U/W, Client Operation Managers (COMs) or Client Companies (CCs). Generates equipment survey letters and creates inspection service orders using the Work Management system.

Job Description:

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma is required, college degree preferred
- 0 - 1 year of experience is required
- Experience with HSB working in customer service
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of all major HSB systems and products
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication (oral and written) skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Good problem solving skills
