About the Role:

The Degassing Operation role is critical within the manufacturing process, focusing on the removal of gases from materials to ensure product quality and integrity. This position involves operating and monitoring degassing equipment to maintain optimal processing conditions and prevent defects caused by trapped gases. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with quality control and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and environmental standards are paramount to maintain a safe working environment and comply with regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to degassing or similar processing operations.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and process instructions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or vocational training related to manufacturing or mechanical operations.
• Experience with process control systems and data logging software.

Responsibilities:
