About the Role:

The Coating Pressing Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the precise application and pressing of coatings on various materials to meet quality and production standards. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to operate and monitor coating and pressing machinery, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to safety protocols. The operator will collaborate closely with quality control and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production efficiency. This role demands a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to maintain accurate production records. Minimum Qualifications:
