Role Description
Our management level Structural Engineers are responsible for being part of and leading a team in conducting structural analyses, performing design calculations, and developing innovative structural engineering solutions. The success of your team has a direct impact on quarterly bonuses. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasadena, CA.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering principles, with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering concepts
- Experience with performing accurate and efficient Calculations for structural designs
- Competence in using design tools for creating detailed engineering plans and drawings
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a professional engineering license (PE) is preferred
- Experience working on commercial, institutional, or public building projects is a plus
