This Job is located in Addison, IL.
We are seeking a Customer Service Associates to join our team! The most important qualities we are looking for is someone with a great personality, a sense of urgency, attention to detail and the ability to work quickly & efficiently.
AVAILABLE WEEKDAY SHIFTS:
- 9:00am - 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Update orders, process payments
- Handle 50 inbound calls a day
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- 2 years previous experience in customer service, sales, or receivables
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- A positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping people
- A Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn
- The Ability to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
