What you’ll do:

• Respond to water, fire, and environmental losses with urgency and care
• Stabilize properties—drying, cleaning, and preventing further damage
• Set up and monitor equipment with precision and accountability
• Document work clearly and communicate with team and customers

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure
• Takes ownership and follows through—no babysitting needed
• Strong communication and professionalism in the field
• Experience in mitigation is a plus—but we’ll train the right person

Compensation:

• $18–$22/hour (entry level)
• $22–$28/hour (experienced / lead potential)
• Overtime available

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during emergency events as well as scheduled on-call shifts
• Physical ability to perform restoration work, including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
