Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a large multi-family property
- Lead and supervise leasing and maintenance teams
- Drive occupancy, renewals, and rent growth
- Execute and manage lease-up strategies
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
- Ensure full regulatory and Fair Housing compliance
- Utilize Yardi for reporting, leasing, and financial management
Qualifications
- 5 years multi-family property management experience (200 units)
- Market-rate property experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Yardi
- Lease-up and compliance experience
- Proven leadership skills with on-site teams
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
