Responsibilities
- Ensuring protective oversight
- Completing face-to-face checks
- Providing personal care needs
- Answering the phone
- Monitoring for changes in condition
- Assisting the housekeeping, laundry, and dietary team, as needed
- Transporting, if necessary
- Engaging with residents and staff
- Ensuring a safe and pleasant environment
- Promoting a culture of compassion and teamwork
- Communicating appropriately
- Keeping a resident-centered approach
Skills
