Quality EngineerLocation: Oshkosh, WIContract: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension or direct hireSchedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | 1st ShiftCompensation: $37–$40/hour (optional benefits available)About the RoleWe are seeking a Quality Engineer to support and strengthen our quality systems across all areas of the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and support day-to-day operations. You will help drive continuous improvement efforts, maintain quality documentation, and ensure that processes meet company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of the company’s quality plan under the direction of Quality Management.Assist in developing and maintaining quality systems to ensure consistent inspection and testing practices.Gather, analyze, and report quality metrics to support operational improvements.Review existing quality standards and help develop new standards when needed.Perform special projects and assignments as required.Promote and reinforce quality best practices across manufacturing and support departments to meet company objectives.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing.Preferred QualificationsSix Sigma certification.Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential.Equal Opportunity EmployerHRU is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
