Role Overview
As a Product Design Lead, you will own the end-to-end product experience across admin and learner platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, Product, and Engineering teams to design intuitive, scalable, and data-informed SaaS experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design from research to high-fidelity execution
- Design user flows, workflows, and product journeys
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Apply data and customer insights to improve product experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI (SaaS preferred)
- Strong leadership experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Expert in Figma and design systems
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven products
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- U.S.-based and authorized to work without visa sponsorship
Nice to Have
- Experience in YC-backed or venture-funded startups
- Familiar with AI design patterns (automation, personalization)
