Brief Description
Under broad guidance, the Human Resources Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) Department. This position is responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, managing employee ID badges and access, processing invoices, scanning and maintaining personnel records, and administering the employee service award program. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- High School diploma or GED

- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field
Experience
Required
- Three to five years of increasingly responsible administrative or HR experience.
- Experience with an enterprise level HRMS system and MS Office

- Valid driver’s license from state of residence
