Role Description
Responsible for providing personalized counseling services, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining confidential records.
The role requires collaboration with clients to create supportive and effective strategies, and engaging in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices. Additional responsibilities may include participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and conducting comprehensive assessments
- Strong Counseling and therapeutic expertise with experience in engaging with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Understanding of Trauma-Informed Care and experience handling issues such as grief, PTSD, and other emotional challenges
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work(required)
- State licensure in Ohio
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments while maintaining professional boundaries
- Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new therapeutic techniques and interventions
