What are the responsibilities and job description for the Total Rewards Manager - Benefits & Compensation position at HRNavs?
We are partnering with a client in search of an experienced employee benefits professional for their corporate services team located in The Colony, TX. This is a 100% onsite role (Monday - Friday)
This role is responsible for leading the coordination, development, and implementation of all Health & Welfare plans and Retirement benefit programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, retirement plans, life insurance, and disability coverage. This will be achieved by:
- Manages benefits administration to ensure a positive employee experience by acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their benefits options.
- Collaboration with HR partners and business client groups develops a benefits program strategy and identifies opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
- Closely monitoring and analyzing plan operation to identify potential errors and opportunities for streamlined efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with governmental agencies and requirements, including IRS, ERISA rules, filings, and disclosures etc.
- Analyze financial utilization measures of H&W and retirement plan performance; identify areas of opportunity or significant variances, making recommendations accordingly
- Prepare and analyze Total Rewards data for compliance testing and reporting
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure claims processing and account management remain within contracted levels.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes impacting retirement and H&W plans, working closely with vendors to manage plans accordingly.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5 years of experience in benefits administration
- 5 years of ADP Workforce Now experience
- 5 years of Self-Bill experience
- 5 years of experience with Pivot Tables
Preferred:
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist or Professional in Human Resources credential
**Candidates without experience in ADP Workforce Now, Self-Bill, and Pivot Tables will not be considered.
