What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead - Temp to Hire position at HRMango?
HRMango has a client in Cheyenne, WY seeking a Logistics Lead for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee daily warehouse/logistics operations (receiving, storing, shipping)
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality metrics, and timecard accuracy
- Lead and support team members; set expectations and act as a role model
- Coordinate workflows and ensure processes are documented and followed
- Serve as backup to Site Lead and assist with operational leadership
- Manage shipping/receiving processes and inter-building transfers
- Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, SOX, and operational standards
- Identify and support process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a Lead or supervisory role
- Background in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
