Telehealth Counselor Idaho Swing Shift

HRmango is looking for a mission-driven, licensed or certified counselor to join our client’s remote clinical team. This is not just “Zoom Therapy”. You’ll plan an active role in delivering virtual group and individual therapy to clients who are seeking transformation, not just symptom management. You will support clients in early and ongoing recovery and collaborate with our treatment team from a remote environment.

This position does require running a group therapy session from 5pm-8pmMST Monday-Friday with individual sessions during the day.

Essential Job Functions/Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy via secure video conferencing.
• Facilitate therapeutic and didactic groups using our curriculum (Chain Breaker to Hope Dealer).
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system (including Intake Assessments, Treatment Plans, Progress Notes, Discharge Summaries, etc.).
• Participate in virtual Treatment Team meetings to staff cases collaboratively.
• Support clients in setting and achieving recovery goals rooted in the 12 Steps, ASAM criteria, and Brick House Recovery values.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients as needed.

· Maintain client caseload and therapy hours as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health field.
• Licensed or Certified Alcohol/Drug Counselor in the state of Idaho or eligible for reciprocity.
• At least 1 year of experience in addiction recovery, residential, outpatient, or mental health settings.
• Solid understanding of the 12 Steps, ASAM criteria, trauma-informed care, and family systems.
• Competency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and EHR platforms.

· Bonus if you have prior experience working in faith-based or spiritually-integrated programs.
