We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to our menu. The Cook will be responsible for cooking meals from scratch, following recipes, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.).
2. Cook food in various utensils or grillers.
3. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
4. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
5. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
6. Check quality of ingredients.
7. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
8. Assist in training new kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Cook.
2. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
