Requirements:

• Must have 1 full year of LPN experience
• Current state specific LPN license or Compact license
• Current AHA BLS Certification required
• Clear Background Check
• Physical exam
• MMR
• TDAP
• VARICELLA
• LPN IA REGISTRY
• Tb Testing- required 2 step skin test or blood test completed within a year of start.
• Covid
• Flu shot 25/26 season

Pay Package:

• Hourly Pay Range LPN: $42
