This is an on-site, full-time role located in Fort Mill, SC, for a Technical Recruiter at HRize LLC. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, sourcing and attracting highly skilled technical talent, and coordinating hiring efforts to meet client requirements. The candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, screen and evaluate potential candidates, maintain communication throughout the recruitment process, and contribute to achieving hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting practices
- Experience with Recruiting and Hiring processes, including candidate sourcing and evaluation
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Experience in the technical staffing or IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
