Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) professional to join our team in San Jose, CA, for a 12 month engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Finance, particularly in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end solutioning for S/4HANA Finance, including:
- Central Finance
- Universal Journal
- New Asset Accounting
- Advanced Financial Closing
- Banking
- Translate complex business requirements into S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Drive fit-gap analysis and create solution blueprints aligned with SAP best practices.
- Lead and execute SAP Finance implementations (minimum of 2 full-cycle projects).
- Support enhancement and post-implementation projects, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, and integrations, including BTP and CPI.
- Provide expertise in Digital Transformation initiatives and assess their impact on SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices in financial processes.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI).
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Greenfield projects.
- Deep understanding of New General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Banking, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong experience in solution blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end implementation.
- Exposure to custom developments, interfaces, BTP, and CPI integrations.
- Proven knowledge of business processes and SAP best practices.
- Experience in enhancements and support projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
- Experience with Digital Transformation programs in large organizations.
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to mentor junior SAP FI consultants.
- Familiarity with Advanced Financial Closing and Central Finance.
