Job Summary
The Sales Representative at HRI Roofing & Post Frame LLC is responsible for executing a structured daily sales process to drive revenue and build strong customer relationships. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, effective communication of company offerings, and meticulous tracking of all sales activities. Sales representatives are expected to generate and convert leads, manage customer interactions, and consistently meet or exceed established sales performance metrics.
Daily Responsibilities & ExpectationsProspecting & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to company-generated leads and self-generated prospects.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to nurture potential opportunities.
- Network within the designated territory to identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings to promote services.
Customer Engagement & Sales Process
- Schedule and conduct consultations, either in-person or virtually, to assess customer needs.
- Perform roof inspections and site assessments for post-frame building projects.
- Provide detailed estimates and professional recommendations to clients.
- Present and explain company products, services, and financing options in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Negotiate contracts and secure commitments to close sales deals.
Daily Activity & Metrics Tracking
- Accurately log all prospecting, sales, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Follow-Ups & Relationship Building
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address client questions, objections, and concerns professionally and proactively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale follow-ups and project updates.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with project managers and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
