Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Rafael, CA. The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, processing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software to ensure accurate record-keeping. Additional responsibilities include supporting day-to-day bookkeeping and finance operations to maintain accurate and well-organized financial information.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
- Strong skills in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Familiarity with Accounting Software and financial tools
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and related principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Work experience in Appfolio and real estate or property management is a plus
