Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Technicians to join our team in City of Industry. In this role, you will ensure products meet company quality standards by performing inspections, documenting findings, and supporting food safety and quality initiatives throughout the production process. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Identify, document, and report quality concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, food safety standards, GMPs, and safety regulations.
- Complete inspection reports and quality documentation accurately.
- Work closely with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor products for defects and help support corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with additional quality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
