What You'll Do
As our Manager of Partner Success, you'll lead a dedicated team of Partner Success Associates focused on our partner channel. You'll be the strategic force behind the success, retention, and growth of our partner portfolio, ensuring they have everything they need to administer plans like FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs using our solutions. This is a dynamic role where you’ll manage a diverse portfolio, from high-volume clients to strategic alliances with national brokerages.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
- Lead & Develop an Awesome Team: You'll hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Partner Success Associates, setting clear goals for engagement and satisfaction in a remote environment.
- Shape Our Partner Strategy: You will oversee the strategic management of our partner portfolio, developing tailored engagement models that ensure success from onboarding through plan renewals.
- Manage with Data: You'll define and track the KPIs that are critical to our partner channel—like plan adoption and partner satisfaction—and use that data to drive strategy and show our value.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Acting as a senior point of contact and subject matter expert, you'll build strong relationships with key brokerages, and employers.
- Drive Growth and Renewals: You will spot opportunities for partners to expand their use of our services and coach your team to effectively manage renewals.
- Collaborate to Innovate: You’ll work closely with our Benefits Operations, Compliance, Product, and Sales teams to create a seamless partner experience and champion TPA needs internally.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in the benefits administration industry, working directly with or for TPAs, benefits brokers, or carriers.
- 2-3 years of direct people management experience with a talent for leading and developing a team, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Expert-level understanding of consumer-directed health and benefit plans, including FSAs, DCAs, HRAs, HSAs, and COBRA.
- Demonstrated experience managing a diverse partner portfolio, from high-volume partners to strategic alliances with national firms.
- A proven ability to understand and explain the technical and compliance nuances of benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence.
- Experience with CRM software (like Monday.com).
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Industry certifications like Certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC) or HSA Expert (HSAe).
- Experience with common benefits administration platforms (e.g.,WEX, Alegeus, TASC).
- A proven track record of scaling a partner or client management team in a high-growth environment.
